Delete your account

You can delete your Darc account and its data yourself, at any time, from the app or the web.

How to delete it

  1. Open Darc on your phone, or sign in at app.darcfinance.com.
  2. Go to Profile → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account, then Yes, delete everything.

Want a copy first? Go to Profile → Privacy → Your data → Export my data before you delete.

Deleting the app from your phone doesn't delete your account. Use the steps above.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, name, email and sign-in details
  • Your weekly plan, budgets and goals
  • Your transactions and balances
  • Your Darc AI history
  • Your bank connections

Your banks are disconnected. Darc tells Plaid to remove every bank connection, so no more data is shared with Darc. If you signed in with Apple, Darc also removes its access to your Apple ID.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Your data is deleted right away from the app and usually from our systems within 30 days; copies in backups are removed as those backups expire. We keep information longer only if the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy.

Can't sign in?

Email admin@darcfinance.com from the email address on your Darc account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and reply within 2 business days.
