End User License Agreement
Effective October 7, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Darc Finance LLC ("Darc") for the Darc mobile application and related software (the "App").
1. License grant
Subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service, Darc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer or decompile the App except as permitted by law;
- rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App;
- use the App in violation of applicable law or our Terms of Service.
3. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. Darc retains all rights not expressly granted.
4. App Store terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, additional store terms apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content. Darc, not Apple or Google, handles support and warranty claims to the extent required by applicable store rules.
5. Updates
Darc may provide updates. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
6. Termination
This license ends if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service, or if Darc terminates your account. Upon termination, stop using and delete the App.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". See the Terms of Service for disclaimers and liability limits, which apply to this EULA.
